The firstborn son of House Glashen, Kenneth was groomed from a young age to one day rule in his father's stead. He led a comfortable life and his family was fairly close. But Lord Stuart of Glashen had never been the most stable man, and as he grew older it became clear he would be passing down his title and position to Kenneth very soon. Right?

Wrong. In a fit of vain senility, he issued a challenge to Kenneth and his younger son Gerald: Whoever could show their love and respect for him the most would inherit Glashen. Gerald, being eager to please, became obsessed with winning his father's favor.

But Kenneth was not so easily swayed. He knew his father had gone mad, surely this was a mistake and gentle reprimanding would correct it. But being gentle didn't work; the more he tried to reason with his father, the more Stuart resisted.

That's when Kenneth began to hate his father. The mad fool was in no condition to rule anymore, and he had to be stopped before he made anymore foolish decisions. And thus began Kenneth's plot to overthrow his father and take control of House Glashen.

"Charming" is the first word that comes to mind when anyone mentions Kenneth. He's quite sociable and never misses a chance to attend a gathering, where he can be seen flirting with anyone who catches his eye. He's a self-professed bisexual with a slight preference to males, and tends to flaunt it. (But never past the point of decency; he is, after all, a lord.) He's clever, witty, intelligent, and classy.

This is the Kenneth everybody else sees. The real Kenneth is cold, calculating, and lusts for power. He'll do anything to see his father dethroned, preferably in the most humiliating way possible, and once he's Lord of Glashen, everyone will know, respect, and fear his name.

He's exceedingly cruel to his poor father; not a day goes by where he doesn't make some crack about his age, his appearance, his skills as a ruler, or his intelligence. So abusive is Kenneth that Stuart has grown to fear as well as loathe him. The mere mention of Kenneth's name is enough to give the man a panic attack. He's almost certain his son is out to kill him, and even worse, it's entirely possible he may be right.

Kenneth has fears and insecurities like anyone else, which he's determined to snuff out. He can't be a brilliant leader if he has weaknesses, after all.

Kenneth is frequently described as quite the handsome young man; his build is slender, but not weak, his eyes are a piercing green, his smile is charming, and his light blonde hair has a definite bounce and falls slightly over one eye. He dresses foppishly and carries himself with a decidedly arrogant grace.
